Does each C100 need its own monitoring plan?

Yes, each C100 requires its own monitoring plan to operate. This benefits our customers in two ways: 1. It allows the overall system to be much simpler and more reliable. 2. Should a problem ever arise with one of your C100 monitors (such as accidental contact with a sledgehammer, your other C100 will continue to function). We do provide discounted plan pricing for more than 10 units. Please contact us for more information.

Do I need to purchase cellular phone service for my C100?

No.  Everything you need is provided by us. There is nothing else to buy.

Is there Climatenet wireless coverage at my location?

The canareze C100 wireless temperature monitor utilizes canareze Climatenet to provide U.S. wireless coverage via T-Mobile and AT&T high speed 3G GSM mobile phone networks. Your device will operate on either network. You can check the AT&T or T-Mobile GSM/GPRS coverage maps for your location. You can also perform a simple test at your location: If you have an AT&T or T-Mobile mobile phone, take it to the location where you want to use your canareze C100. If your mobile phone has GPRS reception, the canareze C100 will work at that location.

How does the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee work?

Can I change plans at any time?

Of course.  Simply click on the “Account” tab on your dashboard and you’ll see your various monitoring plan options.

Do I have to sign a long term contract?

No. canareze is a pay-as-you-go service.  There are no long term contracts or commitments on your part.  You simply pay month-to-month.  If you cancel, you’ll be billed for the current month, but you won’t be billed again.  We want you as a customer because you want to be a customer – not because you are forced.

Are there per-user fees?

No.  The prices you see above are all inclusive. You pay one low flat rate for the Climatenet wireless data connection, phone/email/text message alerts, upgrades and support.

What types of payment do you accept?

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We do not accept PayPal.

Is my credit card information secure?

Yes.  We do not store your credit card information on our systems or servers. It is sent one time to Authorize.NET’s secure and PCI compliant credit card processing system. Authorize.NET is trusted by over 230,000 merchants world wide.
