Is the system secure and reliable? Is my data safe? Where is this hosted?

Your interaction with our servers is performed completely via 256-bit encrypted SSL security.  In addition, our server system is hosted on GoGrid’s Hosting Cloud backed by their 100% Uptime,  10,000% Guranteed SLA where we have implemented state-of-the-art safeguards and daily backup procedures to protect your data and ensure system availability.

Can I export and save my data if I decided not to use canareze anymore?

You can export the complete history of any monitoring device in XML, MS Word, or MS Excel format at anytime while your account is active.

Can I install the canareze monitoring website on my own server?

Our Climatenet Monitoring is offered as a monthly service only.  We do not offer installable versions of our server products.  We secure, upgrade, patch, and maintain the servers so you don’t have to worry about anything.

Do you provide phone support?

We like to talk on the phone.  Pick it up and call us any time.  We try to answer every call right away – however, it is usually faster to reach us via email or through opening a support ticket.  Support is provided by canareze employees from our corporate headquarters (affectionately known as “The Cage”) here in Cambridge, MA.

Can you customize canareze for me?

We can create a custom monitoring plan for you and provide volume pricing. However, everyone uses the same version of the canareze Climatenet Monitoring website.

Do you have an affiliate or reseller program?

Yes, the canareze Birds of a Feather Program lets you earn cash by referring customers to us through your affiliate link.  You receive a payment after the customer completes their 30-day trial period and then receive a portion of that referral’s future monthly payments as long as they are a paying customer.  Learn how to earn with our Birds of a Feather Affiliate Program here.

Can I sell canareze products under my company name?

We do not white label our products at this time.

How do I update my credit card for billing purposes?

Simply contact Support and we’ll update your card information for you.  It’s our way of making sure that your credit card information is always secure and only changes with your verbal authorization.

How do I cancel my account?

Simply contact Support and we’ll cancel your account quickly and without hassle.  It will take less than 5 minutes or we’ll start paying you $10/minute for your time.  We’re serious when we say quickly and without hassle.

What is the canareze refund policy?

We bill your account in advance on a monthly basis.  Your first month is refundable if you cancel your account within 30 days.  After your first month, the monthly service is non-refundable.  There are no refunds or credits for partial months of service, or upgrade/downgrade refunds.  All hardware purchases can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund minus shipping and handling.  If you selected free shipping and handling at the time of purchase you will be refunded your purchase price minus the shipping and handling fees used to deliver your order.

Can I pay for an entire year all-at-once?

Not at this time.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express for monthly payments only. 

Do you accept purchase orders?

Not at this time.
