In the Beginning...

It all began with a little canary…  Perched in a dark coal mine…  Wanting to cry out and alert the people about the impending danger…

Our name finds its origins in the use of canaries to detect small changes in the environment.  Early coal miners would bring a caged canary into the mine.  As long as the canary was singing, the miners knew their air supply was safe.  If the canary stopped singing, it was time to evacuate.

Much like the canaries used in early mining operations, our canareze device helps to alert you when slight changes in the environment are detected.  The name of our venture combines a reference to the watchful canary with the suffix -eze to signify the simplicity of our device – in design, set-up, and operation.

While our company isn’t as old as the legend of the canary in the coal mine, we have a long history of designing devices to measure environmental changes.  Our line of canareze devices takes environmental monitoring to the next level by allowing for customized timing of monitoring efforts and customized methods of alert notifications.  And we assure you that no canaries will be harmed in the process of ensuring that your monitored area(s) maintain a constant temperature.
